Terms and Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using any application ("App") provided by flee flame, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Apps.

Individual Apps may have additional terms specific to their features and purpose. Where app-specific terms exist, they supplement these general terms. In the event of a conflict, the app-specific terms take precedence.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, flee flame grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install our Apps on devices you own or control
• Use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes

2. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any App
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Apps
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use any App for commercial purposes without written permission from flee flame
• Use any App in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Apps or their systems
• Share premium subscription access with others or attempt to circumvent payment requirements

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Some flee flame Apps offer optional premium subscriptions or in-app purchases that provide access to additional features.

Pricing and Billing

• Price: As displayed in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store at the time of purchase
• Payment: Charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time through:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions

No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.

Free Trials

If we offer a free trial period, you will be charged the subscription price at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Subscription Changes

flee flame reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or terms with advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent renewal periods. You may cancel before renewal if you do not accept the new pricing.

4. Disclaimers

Our Apps are designed for personal, educational, or self-help use. They are not intended to replace professional services, advice, or treatment in any field. Please refer to each App's specific terms for detailed disclaimers relevant to its purpose.

5. No Warranty

OUR APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. flee flame makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Continued availability of any features

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, flee flame and its developers shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use any App
• Payment processing issues with Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Interruption or termination of features or services

You assume full responsibility for your use of our Apps and any outcomes thereof. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may use third-party services for functionality such as subscription management, payment processing, and error reporting. These include but are not limited to:

• RevenueCat: For subscription management. Subject to their Terms of Service.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For payment processing and distribution. Subject to the applicable store's terms and conditions.

flee flame is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or availability of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

All flee flame Apps, including their design, graphics, user interfaces, code, and content, are owned by flee flame and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. App names and logos are trademarks of flee flame.

9. Updates and Modifications

flee flame reserves the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue any App or feature at any time
• Add or remove features in future updates

Updates may be required to continue using an App. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Privacy

Your use of our Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy and any app-specific privacy policies. Please review them to understand how we handle data.

11. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the affected App and delete it from your devices. Active subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing period unless cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play Store.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which flee flame operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
