No. rEMDR is for educational and self-help use and does not replace licensed mental health treatment.

Does rEMDR have guided programs?
Yes. The app includes structured guided programs with multi-week progressions.
Where is my data stored?
Core session data is designed to remain local to your device whenever possible.
How do I get support?
